Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Absolutely, but we do require 24 hours notice

We understand that sometimes unexpected things crop up, or your child is ill and cannot attend the session.

To cancel your session, log in to your account at app.mable.co.uk and click the little red 'cancel' option, just under where you normally join appointments

To rearrange or cancel an appointment, scroll down to the bottom of your homepage and click 'Edit' or 'Cancel' in your appointments calendar:

If you click 'Edit', you'll see all of your therapists availability and can choose a more suitable time for the session. If none of the times work for you, you can always contact your therapist to ask if they have any other times available, they may be able to open something up for you.

If you do not see these options, it is likely there is less than 24 hours notice and therefore you will be unable to cancel the session, but please let us know, so we can pass on the message to your therapist.
