An end of block report is an excellent way to show the progress each pupil has made and can be used in EHCP reviews to show what exactly the pupil has been working towards. It also includes recommendations for the future and if there are any targets still to be met.
We provide end of block reports for both speech and language therapy and counselling. Counselling reports are completed with input from the pupil.
