Can I have a report written for a child at the end of a block of therapy?
Yes, and we highly recommend it.
An end of block report is an excellent way to show the progress a child has made. Each report will show the targets the child has been working on, their progress towards achieving those targets and suggested next steps in their therapy journey.
End of block reports should not be used to inform an annual review, as annual review reports require additional information not contained in an end of block report.
If you require an annual review report or an end of block report, please speak to the child’s therapist or contact Mable here.
