Tech Test: Failed Connectivity Test
First, just try closing the tech test and starting the tech test again.
If you have restarted the tech test and are still failing the connectivity checks, try the steps below depending on the device you are using.
Computer / Laptop / Android Tablet
Try refreshing your browser and starting the tech test again. You can do this by clicking the refresh button next to the address bar, or by pressing:

Ctrl + R (Windows)

Cmd + R (Mac)
For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome.

iPad
Try closing your browser and starting the tech test again.
To close Safari:
- iPads with a Home button: Double-press the Home button, then swipe up on Safari
- iPads without a Home button: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause, then swipe up on Safari
Reopen Safari and restart the tech test.
