Failed The Connectivity Tests In The Tech Test

First, just try closing the tech test and starting the tech test again.

If you have restarting the tech test and you're still failing the connectivity tests, try the steps bellow depending on the device you are using.

Computer / Laptop / Android Tablet

Try refreshing Google Chrome and starting the tech test again. You can do this either by pressing the refresh button in the top left corner of Google ( to the right of where it shows the website address ). Alternatively, you can press 'ctrl' + 'r' keys on your keyboard at the same time, or if you're on an Apple Computer 'cmd' + 'r'.

If you are accessing Mable in school and refreshing Google Chrome hasn't solved your problem, contact your IT department and make sure they have run through the Mable IT guide and unblocked all necessary websites: https://mabletherapy.com/mable-it-guide/.

IPad

If you are on an IPad, try closing Safari completely and starting the tech test again. You can do this by double clicking the home button your IPad, then swiping up on the Safari application to close it down. You should then re-open Safari and restart the tech test.
