When there are monkeys in the machine sometimes the best thing to do is just restart the computer! This can often most issues.
Windows
- Click the Windows/start button, in the bottom left of your computer screen.
- From the menu that opens, click the power button -> show a pic of the power button.
- Now click restart from the options.
- When the computer starts back up, open up google chrome again, log in to Mable and re-join your session using the join button on your Mable homepage.
Apple Computer
- Click the Apple logo that is located in the top left corner of your computer screen ( if you can’t see the Apple logo, try moving your mouse to the top of your computer screen ).
- Select ‘Restart’ from the menu.
- Once your computer turns back on and you have logged in, open up google chrome again, log back into Mable and re-join the session using the ‘join session’ on your Mable homepage.
Chrome Computer
- Click the status bar in the bottom right corner of your Chromebook, where it shows the date/time, battery status, etc
- .Click the power button from the menu, to shut down your computer.
- Once the computer has turned off, switch it back on.
- Re-open Google chrome, log back into Mable and re-join the session using the join session button on your Mable homepage.
