How To Restart My Computer

Restarting your computer can often resolve temporary audio, video, or connection issues.

Windows

  1. Click the Start button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  2. Select the Power icon.
  3. Click Restart.
  4. Once your computer has restarted, open Google Chrome, sign back into Mable, and rejoin your session from the homepage.

Apple Computer

  1. Click the Apple logo in the top-left corner of the screen.
    • If you cannot see the menu bar, move your mouse to the top of the screen.
  2. Select Restart from the menu.
  3. After your Mac restarts, open Google Chrome, sign back into Mable, and rejoin your session from the homepage.

Chrome Computer

  1. Click the panel in the bottom-right corner of the screen, where the time and battery icons are displayed.
  2. Select the Power icon to shut down the Chromebook.
  3. Turn the Chromebook back on.
  4. Open Google Chrome, sign back into Mable, and rejoin your session from the homepage.
