To upload a video, please follow these steps:
Capturing and converting video to MP4
- Take your video on your phone or another video recording device.
- Mable will only allow you to upload videos in MP4 format. If you use a Samsung device, videos will automatically be in MP4 format. If you use an iPhone, you will have to convert your videos to MP4.
- To convert a video from an iPhone, please go to: https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/video/convert/mp4
Adobe Express is a Free service but will require you to log in.

Uploading to Mable
- Once your video is ready, log in to app.mable.co.uk
- Click 'patients', which is listed down the left on your Mable homepage.
- Click your child's name to open their profile and then you should see 'Documents'. Here, both you and the therapist can upload documents and videos to be shared with each other. This is a secure sharing method, meaning the videos can be watched in your therapy sessions.
If you don't see the little menu with 'documents' in, try making your window full size, or click the 3 little lines ≡ next to the word 'Menu' to open it
- Click 'Upload New Document' and select the MP4 file to upload.
- There is a file size limit of 1GB. Therefore, you will be unable to load anything bigger than this.
- When you try to upload a large file, it may look like your video is stuck on 'loading'. Videos may take a few seconds to upload, depending on your file size and internet connection.
