Speed Test Not Running?

If the internet speed test is not starting, the indicator is not moving, or nothing is displayed, it is likely that the website used for the speed check is being blocked.

Connection Speeds Are Slow?

Try to use an internet cable (ethernet/network cable) instead of a wireless internet connection. If you're already using an internet cable, make sure it is plugged in correctly. If you know where your internet router is, move as close as possible to it and eliminate obstructions between you and the router (especially any electrical devices).
