Can’t Hear Sound From Headphones or Speakers?
- Check the computer / tablet volume is turned up fully. Headphones/speakers may also have their own volume controls, so make sure you check these devices for a mute or volume button. If you're unsure where the audio settings are on your device, click here for our audio settings help guide.
- Check the headphones/speakers and splitter ( if used ), are all properly connected.
- Make sure you have plugged in the headphones/speakers into the correct socket on your device. If you’re unsure about the type of socket or type of plug your headphones have, please click here for help identifying which plug type you have.
- If you're using a computer, please make sure the device settings have the headphones/speakers selected as the sound output device. Click here to help find your computer's audio settings.
